The Deloitte Gen Z and Millennial Survey, now in its 13th year, gathered insights from 23,000 people in 44 countries. The survey reveals that these generations are dealing with financial insecurity, high stress, and increasing climate anxiety. They’re also curious about how new technologies like GenAI will affect their jobs. On the bright side, they’re noticing improvements in how their employers are addressing these issues.

A new Gartner survey found that marketing budgets have dropped to 7.7% of company revenue in 2024, a significant decrease from pre-pandemic levels of around 11%.
